Get settled into your hotel room and take some time to refresh after your international flight. Later, meet your guide in the lobby to discuss details of your upcoming adventure. Spend the remainder of the day at your leisure exploring nearby sights or dining on authentic Nepali cuisine. Retire for the evening at your Kathmandu hotel.
Fuel up with a hearty breakfast at your hotel before setting out to discover the historic and religious highlights of Kathmandu. Your expert guide will lead you through three fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Sites, explaining their cultural significance along the way. First stop is Pashupatinath, a revered Hindu temple complex situated along the Bagmati River. Observe rituals being performed beside cremation ghats before wandering past intricate wood carvings and silver-plated pagoda rooftops.
