Mt Everest Singalila Trek Darjeeling for 7 Days

Drive from Kathmandu to Darjeeling.

Embark on an exhilarating journey from Darjeeling to Maneybhanjyang, the starting point of the trek. The 6-hour uphill hike through picturesque villages like Chitre and enchanting forests of Rhododendrons and Magnolias will lead you to Tonglu (3020m). Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sikkim Himalayas from the camping area. Overnight stay at Tonglu.

Continue your trek through the captivating forest, home to the rare Red Panda and Tragopan. After approximately 5 hours, reach Kalapokhri (3100m), where you'll spend the night surrounded by natural beauty.

After breakfast, embark on a 6-hour trek to Sandakphu (3636m), known for its panoramic mountain vistas. On clear days, witness the awe-inspiring peaks of Lhotse (8501m), Everest (8848m), Makalu (8475m) in the Nepal Himalayas, and the magnificent Kanchenjunga massif (8586m) along with other peaks of the Sikkim Himalayas. Overnight stay at Sandakphu.

Experience one of the most enjoyable and scenic walks in the Himalayas as you traverse along a ridge. The trail offers continuous views of snowy peaks and takes you through high-altitude vegetation, dwarf rhododendrons, and firs. Trek for approximately 7 hours to reach Phalut (3600m) for an overnight stay.

Witness a mesmerizing sunrise over the Himalayas from the top of Phalut before starting your trek. After breakfast, hike for about 5 hours to reach Rammam (2560m). Pass through the charming villages of Gorkhey and Samanden, and enjoy birdwatching opportunities in the forest. Overnight stay at Rammam.

Descend for 6 hours from Rammam to the bridge at Sirikhola, passing through small villages along the way. Reach Rimbik (2280m), the road head, and spend the night there, relishing the memories of your trek.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive back to Darjeeling, where your journey concludes. Enjoy the rest of your tour exploring Darjeeling at your own pace.
