Itinerary

We get on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, the gateway to the Ruby Valley. Marvel at the changing scenery as you traverse through winding roads and terraced hillsides, eventually arriving at Syabrubesi, where your trek begins.

Set off on foot from Syabrubesi, following ancient trails that wind through verdant forests and cascading streams. Trek to Gatlang village, nestled amidst terraced fields and traditional Tamang houses. Immerse yourself in the unique cultural heritage of Gatlang and soak in the stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains.

Continue your journey deeper into the heart of the Ruby Valley as you trek from Gatlang to Somdang. Traverse dense forests and rugged terrain, encountering breathtaking landscapes along the way. Arrive at Somdang, a remote village surrounded by towering peaks, and rest for the night.

after breakafast we will start challenging hike to Pangsang Pass, also known as the "Ganesh Himal Viewpoint." Ascend through alpine meadows and rocky terrain, reaching the summit of Pangsang Pass. From this vantage point, revel in panoramic views of the Ganesh Himal range and distant valleys before descending to Tipling village.

Descend from Pangsang Pass to Tipling village, where the warm hospitality of the local Tamang community awaits. Engage with villagers, learn about their traditional way of life, and explore the cultural treasures of Tipling.

Continue your trek through terraced fields and lush forests to reach Shertung village. Admire the traditional architecture and cultural richness of Shertung as you interact with the friendly locals and experience their daily routines.
