GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
We will need a scanned (can be a clear mobile phone camera captured) copy of your passport and a 30% of assurance of the complete expense of the tour ought to be given to us by you while booking the tour. The 30% store sum is non-refundable. The rest of the sum can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu and prior to commencing the tour & trek, for peak climbing & mountain expeditions we shall have proper communication to settle the payment.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGÂ
We do believe that rejuvenating yourself is more important than being materialistic. Therefore we accept last minute reservation depending upon the nature of tours and trekking that you will book. In case of Tibet and Bhutan kindly consult us before placing your reservation.  You can book 3 days prior, proceeding your schedule flight.
POSTPONE THE TRIP
A composed notice ought to be sent to us 30 days before the excursion takeoff date.

TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY

INCOMPLETE TOUR

UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES
In case that your travel gets dropped because of any unforeseen conditions like disastrous events, war or worrying climatic conditions, we will organize another travel for you. In this way, regardless of whether your outing won’t be the one you had picked, your cash won’t go wasted.
PRICE CHANGING
International Adventures Treks & Expeditions holds the rights to change the cost under different conditions. TRAVEL INSURANCE

FLIGHT DELAY/CANCELLATION
